Who we are

Agency (“the Platform”) is an operations platform for digital marketing agencies, operated by Redeemed Digital (“we,” “us”). It is available at app.myagencyapp.io. This policy describes what information the Platform collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Questions can be sent to jwallace@redeemeddigital.com.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, and login credentials for team members who sign in to the Platform.
• Business records you enter — client accounts, contacts, projects, tasks, notes, social media content, and billing records created by your team in the course of using the Platform.
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) data — when an administrator connects a Meta account, we store the access tokens Meta issues, the list of Facebook Pages and Instagram business accounts the connected user manages (names and identifiers), and the identifiers of posts published through the Platform. We do not collect followers, messages, or personal profile content.
• Google Analytics data — when an administrator connects a Google account, we store the tokens Google issues and read website analytics reports (aggregate metrics such as sessions, page views, and traffic sources) for the properties you link. We do not collect data about individual site visitors.

How we use information

• To operate the Platform’s features: project tracking, CRM, social media planning and publishing, analytics reporting, and billing records.
• To publish social media content to the Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you explicitly link, when your team schedules or triggers a post.
• To display website analytics for the properties you explicitly link.
• We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except the service providers listed below.

Where data lives

Platform data is stored with Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage) and the application is served by Netlify. Access tokens for Meta and Google are stored server-side only, are never exposed to the browser, and are used solely to make the API calls described above on your behalf.

Retention & deletion

Data is retained while your workspace is active. Disconnecting a Meta or Google connection deletes the stored tokens. You can request deletion of any or all of your data at any time — see Data Deletion for instructions. We honor deletion requests within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and note the new effective date above.
