Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Agency (“the Platform,” available at app.myagencyapp.io) is operated by Redeemed Digital (“we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these terms. If you use the Platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

2. The service

The Platform provides operations tools for digital marketing agencies — project tracking, client records, social media planning and publishing, website analytics reporting, and billing records. Features may change as the Platform evolves.

3. Accounts & acceptable use

  • Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Only connect third-party accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Google) that you are authorized to manage.
  • Do not use the Platform to publish unlawful content, spam, or content that violates the policies of the platforms you publish to.
  • Do not attempt to access data belonging to other workspaces or interfere with the operation of the Platform.

4. Third-party services

Publishing to Facebook and Instagram uses Meta’s APIs and is subject to Meta’s terms and platform policies; analytics reporting uses Google’s APIs and is subject to Google’s terms. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services. See our Privacy Policy for what data these integrations involve.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and data you put into the Platform. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — storing your data, displaying it to your team, and transmitting content to the third-party platforms you direct us to publish to.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redeemed Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time and request deletion of your data (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Questions: jwallace@redeemeddigital.com.
